Transfer Form

Did you know ….

  • You can download and complete our transfer form, which you can find here.
  • For certain transfers you will need to also complete a Confirmation of Guidance or Advice form (see the payment form for details), which you can find here
  • If you have safeguarded benefits over £30,000, you will need to get Appropriate Independent Advice before we can pay your claim. Click here to print off the form your financial adviser will need to complete.

To change my nominated beneficiary on my pension

Did you know …..

  • It is only possible to nominate a beneficiary if you have a Personal Pension or a Free-Standing Additional Voluntary Contribution plan.
  • If you have a Retirement Annuity or other pension plan, you cannot nominate a beneficiary but it may be possible to place your policy under trust to remove it from your estate – you will need to seek legal advice to set up this trust
  • You can download and complete our Nominated Beneficiary form, which you can find here . When complete you can scan and email it to us, or send by post.
